Work from home seems to be easy and comfortable, however, it does not allow you to relax for a minute. As a result, continuous work and sitting position makes you feel more tired and stressed. So, take a break from whatever you are doing as it is more essential to keep you productive throughout the day. Get up in every hour or two and get yourself a glass of water or do some stretching as a bare minimum. This all will keep your energy level boosted and free from the stress.

Coronavirus lockdown also entails social distancing which means you should maintain a proper distance whenever you meet any person, physically. Social distancing has made all of us separated from the outside world and restricts us to connect like the way we all used to do earlier. Despite being physically isolated from the outside world, you can still stay connected with your loved ones, virtually. These methods of staying connected are good enough to keep you stress-free rather than keeping your thoughts bottled up.

Creativity is one of the best ways to release stress easily. Creativity can be like anything - cooking, painting, diary writing, etc. So, whenever you want some 'Me' time for yourself, spend your time on your creative side. It is always helpful and effective to make you feel good and relaxed.
